The website https://www.montblancescalade.com/ is an information tool made available to the public by the company ACTICHAM with a capital of 10,000 €, whose head office is located at 4 place de la Liberté – 73200 Albertville France, registered in the Chambery Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 913773 271, with an intra-community VAT number FR12913773271 and with the NAF code 93.11Z (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

The present general conditions of use (hereinafter the “Conditions”) constitute the contract by which the Company makes available to Internet users, on its Site, information concerning the services it provides in its field of activity.

Article 1: Purpose of the service

The purpose of the Site is to present the Company and its offers for the sale of activities, courses with instructors, sale of equipment and clothing and all other related activities. The Site is not intended to detail the prices of the various products but simply to inform the Internet user of their existence as well as the general terms of use of its platform.

Article 2. Definitions

“Publisher”: means the person who makes the Site https://www.montblancescalade.com/ available to the public, in this case, Mrs. Claire Jurine;
“Site”: refers to the Internet site belonging to the Company ACTICHAM referenced at the address https://www.montblancescalade.com//;
“Company”: means the company ACTICHAM, a simplified joint stock company;
“User”: means any person who accesses, browses, consults or visits the Site.
