Climbing courses for children and adults in Chamonix

We offer several climbing courses in Chamonix – Les Houches within Mont Blanc Escalade. You will discover our climbing courses for children and our climbing courses for adults. There is also a section of competition level climbing courses.
These different course options can be taken as a group of 30 sessions, 15 sessions or by the session. The climbing courses in Chamonix will allow you to learn or improve your climbing skills with a homogeneous group and a professional climbing instructor. Group courses will permit you to master the safety gestures, belaying and the handling of ropes and knots. After the group courses, you will have the confidence to progress on the difficulty of climbing routes, while increasing your fitness. Develop more flexibility, better technique, more strength and muscular power as you progess. Our instructors will teach you, how to understand and analyse a climbing route and how to read the holds & best route to climb. The adult climbing classes in Chamonix take place every Thursday evening from 8:30 to 10 pm.
Our Children’s climbing courses are open to children aged 4 to 14 years old. Starting with playful games, and coordination to slowly discover the safety equipment and climbing routes. For children and teenagers who would like to compete, we offer competition climbing courses. The children’s classes take place on Wednesdays with varying timetables depending on their age.
In addition, for these different courses, climbing equipment can be lent and provided. Course participants will enjoy free climbing access for the entire day of the course. Children have the subscription included in the 30 session group climbing package.

Private Climbing Lessons in Chamonix

In addition to group lessons for children and adults, we also offer private climbing lessons in Chamonix – Les Houches at Mont Blanc Escalade. Join one of our experienced climbing instructors for an individual session. During your 2 hour private lesson, your instructor will guide you in reaching your goals, progression & fitness. Our private climbing lessons are suitable for beginners to learn, as well as for experienced climbers who want to improve their skills. Private lessons allow you to progress faster and acquire even more knowledge and skills in a short period of time.
Our private lessons are available for both children and adults. If you would like a private climbing lesson with your friends – no problem! if there are 3 of you, you pay only 15€ extra per person.
